TOP FIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
% of Time Spent List the five major responsibilities (over 10% of the incumbent’s time). If this is a re-evaluation, provide key changes to the job.
1. 40 Design and develop application software on Android platform or other SonyEricsson platform.
2. 10 Design application test strategy, method, cases, testing code, and execute testing to ensure the quality of the application software.
3. 40 Analyze and fix bugs on Android platform or other SonyEricsson platform.
4. 5 Coordinate and communicate with relevant organization, local or global, to discuss technical issues.
5. 5 Undertake some temporary tasks assigned by manager or project manager.
Other For Sr. Engineers, they should spend some time to give guidance to junior engineers.
