   不小心用root账户运行adstrtal.sh启动EBS，发现后关闭，再用appmanager启动，结果打开主页时出现TherequestedURL/OA_HTML/AppsLoginwasnotfoundonthisserver.，无法显示登录页面，试了网上的N种方法依然没有解决。    然后再次试着用root账户启动，EBS登录页面能打开，于是猜测在用appmgr启动可能某些环境变量没设
