CEO,CFO,CIO,CTO and CSO are abbreviations that stand for:Chief Executive Officer (首席执行官), Chief Financial Officer (首席财务官),Chief Information Officer (首席信息官),Chief Technology Officer (首席技术官) , and Chief Security Officer (首席安全官) .Modern corporations commonly use these terms to describe their top executives.
The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is often but not always also the President (总裁) of a company. The CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board (董事会) and board members (董事). The CEO is usually the most important spokesperson for the company, the person who is responsible for (负责) quarterly results (季度成果) , and the best paid member of the company.
The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) is sometimes also the company Treasure (财务主管) and , in many companies, is seen as the second most important person in the company (since managing the quarterly results often depends on an understanding of how to keep the books(记账)) .

The CTO (Chief Technology Officer), another relatively new arrival to the top executive ranks in many companies, is likely to be seen as the second or third most important person in any technology company. The CTO is responsible for research and development (研发) and possibly for new product plans (新项目计划).
The CSO (Chief Security Officer), a very new arrival, is responsible for the security of a company's communications and business systems (通讯和业务系统).
