This OR includes a new requirment for password security enhancement, please confirm that it can be included in Release 8.1.
The requirement is described in attached file. I paste it below for your convenience.

Enhancement: Security of password
2nd level org can create users of 2nd and 3rd level org, setting the web account and password. At present, there are no requirements about password, and this is unsafe.
Customer requires that the password comply the following:

• Web Account Password:
- must be at least 8 characters long, and
- must include all the following kind of characters: lowercase letter, uppercase letters, and numbers.

• Phone Account Password and Terminal Account Password:
- must be at least 8 characters long,

If the password entered does not comply some of these requirements, the user must get an error message:

“password must be at least 8 characters long”

or

“password must include all the following kind of characters: lowercase letter, uppercase letters, and numbers.”
