KNN(K近邻算法) 中超参数调优,如何生成所有的指标组合.

在KNN算法中,参数的调优要么调整特征的组合,要么改变K值。一个常用但是简单的方式是,网格搜索(grid search).

比如加入特征组包括:

features = ['accommodates',
 'bedrooms',
 'bathrooms',
 'beds',
 'minimum_nights',
 'maximum_nights']

那么如何通过Python快速的生成该特征组的所有组合呢?

def gen_combine(features):
    feature_groups = []
    l = range(0, len(features))
    for i in l:
        for each in combinations(l, i+1):
            f = [features[j] for j in each]
            if f :
                feature_groups.append(f)
    return feature_groups

这个片段用到了itertools模块的combinations,使用起来也是非常的方便。
