ebs的版本为

客户端是oracle linux 6.4 平台64bit系统

问题原因：

The following justifies how the issue is related to this specific customer:  1. the database is for an EBS R12 application.  2. The EBS environment has a 10.1.5 (Forms and Reports) client  3. Include the followig error:  ORA-03137: TTC 协议内部错误: [3149] [] [] [] [] [] [] []  ORA-03149: Oracle 错误代码无效  This is explained in the following bug:  Bug 14489591 : ODP/OCI 12.1: PASSTHROUGH OF NULL FAILS: ORA-1459: INVALID LENGTH FOR CHAR STR

解决办法：

upgrade client to the following version: 

12.1.0.1 (Base Release) 
11.2.0.4 (Server Patch Set) 
11.2.0.3.11 Database Patch Set Update
