eclipse 3.0 install plugin

下载了eclipse3.0,在windowsXP下解压以后，运行很正常。
首界面给人耳目一新的感觉。
下载了EMF、UML2插件后，解压到$eclipse/plugins后，重新启动eclipse，没有任何反应，反复查阅如何install plugin，没有答案，后来在GEF的安装里面
有断介绍，说是通过：help->software update->manage update,右击eclipse platform,选择detect update，这个可能是M9以前的功能，release 3.0只有find updates功能；不过有show disable的tool bar，select it，EMF,UML2 都显示出来了，enable it ，ok！

安装插件的小结：
1、copy到plugins和feather下面
2、help->software update->manage update
  显示出disable的项目，把他enable
3、如果plugin仍然没有show，不妨把其中一下disable，然后在提示重启一下，应该好用
