Would you go back to work for Jules if you were Ben?

Yes, I would. 

OK, we'll not talk about the problems that Jules has first. The reason why I would like to work with Jules is she is the kind of boss I like. I'm going to prove it from the following 4 points:

1. Jules has her own principle and held it all the way. She insist to run the business with her initial idea. She know the most importance point to run her company is the customers' demands, that is what she keep doing. 

2. She's willing to correct her mistakes and problems when realized it. When Ben was transfered she came to apologize immediately. When she get known Beck wasn't given enough importance, she corrected it immediately. 

3. She is really sincere: 
- She never conceal her emotions, feelings and thoughts.
- She told Ben she was not well to get long with the first time they met.
- She told Ben she believed in him, needed him, even she might use him when she asked him to come back to work for her. 

4. She has the characteristics that a good boss should have:
- She has very clear goal and stick to it no matter what situation encountered.
- She knows how to do inspire, which is pretty important to run a company.
- She knows how to figure out the demands of customers, and attach importance to satisfy them. 

Of course she is far from perfection actually. There are many shortcomings which should be avoided for a professional businessman, esp. for a qualified boss. But it is not the key point of the topic today. And maybe perfection makes me stay far. Ok, I'm gonna say it's the personality.
