作者提出了一个hypercolumn的概念，歪国人真会造名词。hypercolumn很简单，就是以图片上某个像素所对应的所有卷积核的filter响应。论文的图1很清楚了。把原来filter响应能做的事情，重新用这个framework再做一次就可以了。论文key:Our hypoth-
esis is that the information of interest is distributed over
all levels of the CNN and should be exploited in this way。这个idea可以从overfeat中扩展出来，用法上仔细看看论文吧。
