虽然Teaming技术被支持,但是一般并不做为一种推荐的方式,首先配置Teaming增加了网络的复杂程度,在配置DAG之后,Exchange自身会通过failover数据库的方式来实现高可用,即使配置了Teaming,我们也不能阻止网络作为一个单点失败的因素存在,所以直接切换数据的方式要更加全面一些,因为他可以直接通过数据库直接的切换避免网络,硬件,数据库等一系列方面因素导致的失败,这也是从Exchange 2007的多种高可用架构逐步缩减为DAG的主要原因,即可通过一种高可用方式来完成对不同的failure进行统一处理,减少了部署的难度。此外,在其他的Exchange文档中也有关于Teaming问题的提及:

 

Teaming can be used onthe MAPI network in redundancy mode, but it cannot be used in load balancingmode. However, even when using teaming, this does not prevent the networkitself from being a single point of failure. In addition, if problems orissues occur that are related to teaming, Microsoft Customer Support Servicesmay require you to disable teaming. If this resolves the issue, you must seekassistance from the hardware manufacturer.
