Console本地管理
您需要准备的设备或者驱动：1.console线缆 2.网络设备 3.RS232转接头以及驱动 4.securecrt（windows已经不在提供超级终端）
步骤：
1.连接线缆：
console线缆的RJ45水晶头连接设备的console口，另外一端使用USB连接PC（请自行安装转接头驱动）。请让设备处于开机状态哦，新手不给设备加电也是常见错误
2.PC上找到对应的串口
打开设备管理器
找到下图所示的COM3口（很关键，请记住，不同电脑不同usb接口，显示的COM X有所不同）
3.使用securecrt连接网络设备
需要调整的参数如下所示
成功后您会观察到设备的启动过程
