Summary

All in all,  people can improve their stills through deliberate practice, and which can influence the brain metabolism. The proper training can enhance both cognitive and physical improvements. The major reasons for stopping improving is to feel satisfied with the current situation. Therefore, the best way to achieve deliberate practice is to make things possible that were not possible before.

大意

這一小章節主要還是在闡述練習可以讓大腦產生變化,因而提升技能。在不同年紀因為發展大腦速度不一樣,越早學大腦可塑性越大。再來是提升了一個技能後,大腦其他部分有可能會退化。最後,要持續性的練習否則原本學會得技能會退化。

此兩章章節大意主要是以腦部科學的分方式來應證練習可以提升技能,同時間也改變了腦部的結構或是影響代謝機制,刻意練習是有效果的。
