appfuse 1.9.4 错误

1、
ant new 新建一项目myapp
ant test-all时出现下面错误:

(之前的内容者test正常)

BUILD FAILED

2、
Deploy后启动tomcat出现:

以上是Tomcat的问题吗？http://localhost:8080/manager 以admin/admin正常。
