love me---never mind commonplace people & topics---which can be in no

degree interesting---

這句話，尤其煽情。

對我來講，英倫到底是什麼?

他的潛台詞是，

英倫，不是，我的故國，

英倫，是，你在的國度。

but the country which holds you---or around it 

but the sea 

which divides us

而英倫周圍，

天海蒼茫，讓我們兩個人呢，彼此相望，不能相聚。

這個意思。
