Talking about the college diploma’s importance

Regarding today’s topic, there are some different thoughts from my friends. Someone admits the diploma is very vital, but a few people air that capability is much more essential than diploma. Of course, I don’t like to deny any views. I only express my points that those who own the college diplomas have some advantages below.

First, the diploma is a precondition to enter a famous company. If you are interviewing a new job, when the company you expect to work there can’t prove your capability stronger more than the diploma in a very short time, your diploma is a main element with superiority. Nowadays, most of companies require interviewees can have matched diploma to fit their working requirements. Obviously, if you don’t have the diploma, entering a famous company to work is not easy.

Second, only you must gain the college diploma, maybe you have an opportunity to the government department to work. Otherwise, you are not unqualified to attend the related civil servant test, not to mention the following interview face to face.

Third, some related diplomas also are the leaders’ aura. For example, when we refer to the leaders’ resumes of china, their personal information often includes their educational background. Such as president Xis, he graduated from Tsinghua University in china. DEng Xiaoping, as a well-known figure in modern history in china, worked and studied in Europe. Hu Jintao also finished his school in Tsinghua University, and so on. More specially, not only are their educational backgrounds designed, but also put the highlight seat in their resumes. In my eyes, it means that our nation focuses on people’s school education.

In my opinion, the diploma is considerable in my life and in my work. In the past, I only had a diploma with three years at college. After I worked for several years in the previous company, I had an honor to enter the current company I expected with my long experiences. Since I joined the company, compared with other colleagues, I felt there were some differences about my diploma and ability. So, I dare not give up my learning opportunity. Five year ago, I was going to school and working in the company at the same time and gained a university degree in 2016. Now I need to pay more attention to improving English level due to my work’s need.

Well, these points above are the demonstration reasons why I agree the diploma’s importance.
