1.in full swing

2.grill

3.hone

Thoughts

今天的内容有两个重点：

第一是刻意联系训练方法：模拟不同场景－反馈－再运用

其实可以简化为 实践－反馈－再实践。这里的反馈和再实践尤其重要。比如在练习英语语音的时候，如果没有人对你的发音进行及时反馈，不管你对一个句子练习100遍和1000遍都没有用，因为你的发音始终是错的。这也是老师的作用，可以在你偏离轨道的时候让你重新步入正轨。

这之后还要继续实践，对于纠正了的地方加以练习，如果你只是觉得：哦，我知道了。而不去实际操练，那些新学的知识依然跟你没有关系。就这样不停的循环下去，盘旋式的上升成长。

第二个重点是三个我们思想的误区：1.能力由基因限制 2.只要长时间做一件事就会擅长 3.只要努力就能提高

第2、3点其实是类似的，就是闷着头做事情或者练习，而不去思考或者反思在实践过程中出现的问题，这样的重复练习是不会有长进的。
