已经忘记问了我什么问题，不过三人聊天还是很愉快的。面试完后又赶着去面试大金，面试完已经12点了，正准备去吃饭，有接到那位女士的电话，说还想和我聊聊，刚刚开始面试的时候有位同事不在，现在他来了。我又回到重点实验室，又见到了那个干练的男人，他有问了一些问题，我看得出他对我还是比较满意的。后来才知道叫Justin，影响我第一份工作的人。对于工作，我和很多大学生一样想法，很大的地域选择，想去北上广深这样的大城市，想去一个大的平台，想去闯闯。没有想回成渝老家那边的想法，就像流行那句话，世界那么大，我想出去看看，主要还是一颗年轻的心，想去闯荡，想证明自己。如期收到了cooper的Offer，工作地在昆山，他们说昆山离上海很近，有地铁直达上海。它符合的工作地期望，外企，又是管培生，有很好的学习计划。后来他去了大金，我去cooper。
收到一封外企的offer，多少还是有些兴奋的，内容如下：

Job Title/工作职位：Management &Technical Trainee 技术管理培训生
On Target Earning/目标收入：
Gross salary is RMB XXX per month payable including with base salary, allowance and bonus. Overtime base is your base salary. The above amount is subject to applicable income taxes of China to be paid in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the compliance with which remains your legal responsibility.
每月支付薪资总额为 XXX RMB，其中包含基本薪资，津贴与奖金。加班费是以基本工资作为基数来计算。按照中国相关法律的规定，以上金额应该交纳的个人所得税，这是您的法定义务。
Working Hours/工作时间：
1. Normal office hours are from 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.

2. You need work in shift and your working schedule will be arranged by your leader
您需要倒班工作，您的工作时间具体由您的主管来安排
Furthermore, these hours may be varied if circumstance is required.

Salary Adjustment/薪资调整：
After passed the probation salary will be adjusted by personal performance.

Probationary Period/试用期：
The first six months from the date of your joining the company will be probationary.

Notice / 备注：
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Contract, the employment offered herein is terminable at any time before its acceptance without prior notice; or at seven days’ notice during probation and one month return notice after probation.
具体的条款以劳动合同为准。本录用通知书所列的雇佣关系在被接受前，无论是否事先通知，都可以随时终止。
在试用期内劳动关系的终止提前7天通知，在试用期后劳动关系的终止双方皆应提前1个月通知。

consent of the Company. Moreover, you shall not assist any persons or entities competing or preparing to compete with the Company.
在您受雇于本公司期间或由于任何原因与公司解除关系后，都不得向任何个人或团体公开或交流任何与本公司有关的秘密信息。秘密信息指的是公司任何的营业方法，商业政策，流程，技术，研究，开发项目或成果，任何销售信息，任何财务信息，商业机密或公司创造或拥有的的且还未公布于众的其他知识。一旦您服务于本公司，在未经公司书面同意的前提下，不得受雇于或从事其他任何以获利为目的的商业活动。而且，不得协助任何个人或团体与本公司或准备与本公司竞争。
