1. serial 0/1 is up, line protocol is up 端口和协议都UP 这个是正常情况 port operational. (端口可使用的）
  2. serial 0/1 is up, line protocol is down. 端口UP 说明物理层没问题， 协议DOWN 数据链路层故障。
    原因有这些:a.如果是DCE，查看时钟频率有没有设置 B.两端的封装格式不一样。
    3.serial 0/1 is down，serial 0/1 is down.
    端口和协议都DOWN.物理层故障。
    原因：
    在交换机中，如果show interface fa0/1结果出现如上信息。说明该端口因为违反端口安全被关闭。
    比如之前设置过下列命令
    Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security maximum 1
    Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security violation shutdown
    Switch(config-if)#switchport port-security mac-address sticky
    如果有第二台电脑尝试通过该端口进行通信，就会导致该交换机端口关闭。

解决办法：
在端口配置模式下输入shutdown禁用该端口再输入no shutdown重新启用即可。

4.Serial1/0 is administratively down, line protocol is down (disabled) A.port disabled
原因：
端口被管理性关闭。

解决办法：
在端口配置模式下输入no shutdown开启端口。
