IMP-00013: 只有 DBA 才能导入由其他 DBA 导出的文件

解决方案：以DBA登陆target DB,给用来导入的账号GRANT IMP_FULL_DATABASE
GRANT IMP_FULL_DATABASE to XXXX;
.................
About to enable constraints...
Import terminated successfully without warnings.
源DB中XXXX用户有exp_full_database权限，这个例子也说明，有了exp_full_database，即使只是导出了自己的表，在导入时也必须要有IMP_FULL_DATABASE的权限。
于是回来源DB去把这个权限收回来，这个用户确实也不需要这个权限。
SQL> revoke exp_full_database,imp_full_database from XXXX;
Revoke succeeded.
