Web项目引用了其它的类项目，打开Bin一看，下面是空的，才想起来之前做备份的时候执行了清理解决方案，这次发布的时候没有重新生成，重新生成之后，把Bin目录下的文件复制到发布目录的Bin目录下，问题解决。
