Office 365 IT Admin 必备：掌握用于协作的Office 365 Groups

作为企业Office 365的IT Admin，为了能有效的管理组织内成员的访问、设备以及其他资源，你需要掌握Microsoft 365 用于协作的Office 365 Groups。

来自微软官方配图，可见Microsoft 365包含5种Group类型：Office 365 Groups、Security Groups、Mail-enabled Security Groups、Distribution Groups、Shared mailboxes。

• Security Group:用于授权访问Azure资源或者管理设备。
• Office 365 Groups：用于协作，包含一个群组电子邮箱和共享空间
• Mail-enabled Security Group: 有能力向一个组发送邮件，无法动态管理，不能包含设备。
• Distribution Group：用于向一组人发送通知
• Shared Mailbox：多用户访问一个邮箱的数据

组织成员可以通过Microsoft 365 Admin Center 创建：Office 365 Groups、Security Groups、Mail-enabled Security Groups、Distribution Groups、Shared mailboxes；可以通过Exchange Admin 创建 Office 365 Groups、Mail-enabled Security Groups、Distribution Groups、Shared mailboxes；可通过Outlook、Teams、SharePoint、Planner创建 Office 365 Group。

虽然组织成员可以创建很多组，比如Office 365 Groups用于使用Teams、SharePoint和其他协作工具进行协作，但作为IT Admin你仍旧可以通过Azure AD 强制限制访问Azure资源访问、License或者其他应用，也可以review 用户的activity，使用Azure AD来保护你的组织。
