python的assert

检查条件，不符合就终止程序，终止报错“AssertionError”

def initialize_with_zeros(dim):
    """

    Returns:
    w -- initialized vector of shape (dim, 1)

    b = 0

    assert (w.shape == (dim, 1))
    assert (isinstance(b, float) or isinstance(b, int))

    return w, b

这两个assert就是检测是否w.shape == (dim, 1) 和 判断判断b是否为float或者int类
