C#中的http请求

微软并没有为我们封装一个较为方便的http类，所以只能自己写一个了，主要用到HttpWebRequest和HttpWebResponse两个对象，位于System.Net命名空间下。

自己写了一个Http类，具有简单的同步GET、POST功能
