Major Responsibilities:

• 汇报给Finance Director，运用商业分析和战略规划等方法，支持公司战略级为业务部门提供分析研究/战略规划支持;
• 事业群业务运营模式研究，包括广告业务、用户产品、商业模式等维度;
• 协助相关部门推进跨部门合作和解决实施落地中的问题；
• 支持事业群业务数据挖掘，报表搭建；
• 支持完成业务指标制定和跟踪, 与业务部门保持长期良好沟通;
• 独立搭建分析模型及分析成果展示；

Qualification Required:

• 国内外重点大学本科及以上学历，数学、统计学或计算机相关专业；
• 4年左右咨询公司经验或互联网研究分析经验 （优先考虑），理解互联网行业；
• 符合团队文化，有严谨的做事态度，能够独当一面，能与业务紧密协同；
• 优秀的商业分析能力（结构化思维）、沟通协调推进及解决问题能力；

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Provide efficient counter service.
-Help Premier Relationship Officer to take care of the customer portfolios.
-Handle back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating, issuing bank certificates, documents filing etc.
-Serve visiting customers when the PRO is occupied and handle simple transactions for the customers.
-Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
-Answer incoming enquiry calls.
-Follow up referral from other sources

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above.
-Good command of English.
-Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
-Self-motivated and teamwork.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
