很多最后放弃没有坚持训练的孩子都因父母无法支付这份投入。刻意练习成为大师，这是一个多元化的进程，自己虽是决定因素，可自己能接触达到外界资源的能力也有重要影响。“看出身”，社会分层明显，贫富差异，不得不正视相对富裕的人接受更好资源机会更多的现象。最直白的，比如网上报班学习，经济条件不好的学生，我想，一颗求知若渴的心也会因囊中羞涩挡在门外吧。虽网络发达我们可以自己各渠道获得知识，但跟着好老师无疑是花钱省力的快道。可能报班的孩子20％精力，学的80％知识，没报班的可能这好相反。自己先前报齐文煜老师精读课程就深有体会，齐老师的分析讲解，不仅学的英文还收获美感，简单几句话就能感受到文学修养之高，课程很值，但一期两期可以接受，一直跟下来真的太贵了。现实问题。
以前看的一篇经济学人分析social mobility直白点出家庭经济对孩子两方面的影响：“In the past, there was plenty of room at the top. Now, it is painfully clear that social mobility must mean people going down as well as up.Well-off parents have many weapons with which to defend their children from this fate. The bluntest is by passing on wealth.……Access to good jobs is increasingly gained through internships, often unpaid and given out informally. ……”
经济学人最后分析到：“Chipping away at these privileges will not be easy. But in an era of limited growth, improving social mobility is as much about dismantling the barriers that keep wealthy children at the top as it is about pulling poor children up from the bottom”

iterative，字典解释：if a computer iterates, it goes through a set of instructions before goingthrough them for a second time，反复叠加先前的过程，即迭代。
《跃迁》中这么定义迭代：
如果把个人通过刻意练习、自我迭代而带来的渐进式进步叫作 自我迭代，那么利用科技、社会系统的能量，快速跳跃式升级，则是 自我跃迁 。
今阅读中提到，技能的学习练习，就像爬梯，自己站在高处再在所处高度搭台阶向上爬。“ You climb as high as you can and build one more step at the top of the ladder, climb up one more step, build another step, and so on.”积累先前获得的技能再投入在现在练习中这就是迭代。专注练习，付出努力持续迭代达到行业的前沿。但这个远不够。教授说到，开拓者创造出新的东西，不仅需要付出巨大努力达到领域前沿，还需要超跃前人，利用前人的优势、成就来带动自己，借力借势超越前者，持续迭代自己技能，建造自己的新系统MP，最终实现创新，真正卓越。
古典《跃迁》也提到类似有意思说法。
他将跃迁分“认知跃迁，能力跃迁，能级跃迁”。能力跃迁中作者提到“能力跃迁的要素则是“吸取能量”，即借取趋势和规律”。并举例爱因斯坦就是站在巨人肩膀上，成为时代的宠儿，他并不是创造了历史，而是让历史从他身上显现。持续爬梯，让前人带领自己借势持续迭代，最终实现创新变得卓越，就是古典所言的能级的跃迁吧。
