QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (typically statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, or operations research)
4-7 years work experience developing and applying predictive models and/ or other advanced statistical approaches, preferably in marketing and sales context
Exceptional mathematical and statistical ability, with significant experience using analytic and database software such as SAS, SQL, and SPSS
Outstanding record of academic achievementDemonstrated aptitude for analyticsProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

· Do translation between Japanese and Chinese for tax service related data, templates, financial statements, reports, training materials, letters and presentations;
· Provide ad hoc translation assistance to the tax services.

Requirements:

· Japanese speaker with solid bi-lingual capability is preferred

Reports to: Vice President, Communications, APAC
Business Unit: Corp
Location: Shanghai
Subordinates: 1

Responsibilities:
Work closely with different business units and executive management to plan and execute visits/events which are directly aligned to businesses key and target customers.
Develop and lead strategy for customer showcase and customer visit strategy in APAC, including:
Create, implement and work with business units and corporate to execute a content strategy for showcase and visit program
Identify and implement technical and operational support tools to support customer showcase and customer engagements
Work with subject matter experts throughout the entire Johnson Controls organization to ensure showcase experience supports key business priorities and enables commercial teams to effectively engage customers
Create logistics support system to centrally manage customer visits and ensure a superior experience for customers
Determine appropriate customer solutions and messaging to target audiences based on in-depth product and market knowledge
Develop program offerings, budgeting and staffing models aligned to business key growth areas.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in commercial excellence capacity – sales, marketing, communications, business development or similar.
Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that align with key business goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Chinese and English; Japanese a plus.
Strong people management skills (work cross functionally, facilitate strong teams, problem solver) and experience building team from scratch.
Advanced knowledge and experience with databases, content management systems (CMS) and Salesforce a plus.
Ability to operate and influence in a matrixed environment. Will bring innovative, creative thinking to the team.
