WeChat Pay is a Tencent Group branded payment service jointly promoted by Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited and Tenpay Payment Technology Company Limited.
WeChat Payは、テンセントグループ傘下であるインターネットカンパニーTencent Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited及びTenpay Payment Technology Company Limitedが共同で提供する決済業務のブランドです。
微信支付是腾讯集团旗下腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司及财付通支付科技有限公司联合提供的支付业务品牌。
WeChat Pay is an open platform. We encourage any third party developer with high-level technical competence and commercial scalability to become WeChat Pay overseas Service Provider. Through the advanced APIs of WeChat Pay, Service Providers are able to provide prospective vendors with all-inclusive services covering the whole value-chain from WeChat payment request, including but not limited to acquiring technology development, equipment debugging and merchant marketing and promotion.
WeChat Payはオープンなプラットフォームです。テクノロジーと顧客開拓能力がある全てのサードパーティーをサービサーとして歓迎します。サービサーは、WeChat PayのハイレベルAPIを基に、ニーズのあるマーチャントにWeChat Payの申請、技術開発、端末テスト、マーケティングプロモーションなどのフルサービスを提供することができます。

WeChat Pay is an equitable platform. We will not authorize any third party to become exclusive agency in any country or region. We officially repudiate any third party claims itself to the “Secondary Service Provider” or “Agency”.
WeChat Payは公正なプラットフォームです。どのような国家や地域においても、「独占代理」の概念は存在しません。いかなる「セカンドサービサー」や「代理店（エージェント）」行為は、オフィシャルに禁止しております。
微信支付是一个公正的平台，我们在各个国家和地区都不存在，也不会存在“微信支付独家代理”概念，任何宣称自己是“二级服务商”、“代理商”的行为都是官方绝对禁止的。
In particular, we hereby reiterate that, it is free of charge to become WeChat Pay Service Provider, and any claim such as "WeChat Pay dealer commission" is completely erroneous.
弊社が、特に強調したいのは、WeChat Payのサービサーとなるのに如何なる費用も不要であり、いわゆる「WeChat Pay代理費用」は存在いたしません。
我们特别强调，成为微信支付服务商无需缴纳任何费用，所谓收取“微信支付代理商代理费”的信息均属不实及虚假消息。
On the basis of openness, justice, and fairness, we resolutely prohibit any third party from releasing or propagating such false or misleading information. If non-compliance is found and identified with any third party, we will terminate cooperation and resort to law against such breach and infringement.
