The cost of vision

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a high throne. ---Isa.6:1

The journey of our hearts and Gods is often the journey of hero’s tone. Time and time again God moves our friends away so that he can take their place, and we lose heart because of this failure. As far as my personal experience is concerned: when the man who took God’s place died---Did I lost hope? Is ill? Frustrated? Or did you see the Lord?

My vision of God depends on the condition of my character. Character determines revelation. If I say, “I have seen the Lord,” I must first have an element in my character that corresponds to God.

Before I was born again to see the kingdom of God, all that I saw depended on my prejudices; I need surgery to remove the outside, but also to clean the inside.

The first is God, and the second and third are God, until life is to face God alone and no one else matters. “Who is there but you? My God, only you.” Keep paying the price and let God know that you are willing to achieve the vison.

Dear God, I thank you, because I find myself looking forward to your return with eager joy! That I may find grace in your sight, and that I may make my way worthier of the great salvation.
