swift使用系统相册、相机、音视频工具类

在IOS开发中经常会用到系统相册,相机,音视频等功能。每次都写比较麻烦,自己封装了一个工具类,实现一句话调用系统相册,相机,音视频等功能。方便以后项目的开发。
