Discipline, Commitment&Hard work

Watching a film recommended by a dear friend, Boyhood, and have a lot of feelings, but here I'm not going to talk about that. I'm going to quote some of the phrases from the film. Seems it's at 1h45 in the movie.

'' How many men made it professionally without discipline, commitment and really good work out there? I can tell you, I count on two fingers, zero. It's not gonna happen for you Mason, the world is too competitive. There are too many talented people who are willing to work hard.'

When I watched this part, I felt strongly touched, maybe because I really didn't do well in what I do, and I'm not aware of what I really want to do really good. Then comes the question again, for myself, what I really want to do.

Think way before, when I do things, very usually I don't have a good plan even though I like planning, just didn't follow it through, and secondly, I don't have a clear goal to pursue, or I'd say very less times. Also do things with emotion goes, like I stop doing what I should do for the reason that I don't feel like it.

I know this is not going to bring me far, if I want to achieve something, these three advices up on the title is what gonna help me to achieve what I want.

So here comes the question: now what I want to do?
