Gordon Ewy is a heart doctor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson. He wrote a report that appeared with the study. Doctor Ewy thinks the CPR guidelines should be changed again. He said the heart association should remove rescue breaths from the guidelines. He argues that more witnesses to cardiac arrests would provide treatment if rescue breaths are not a part of CPR. He says this would save lives. Studies show that many people do not want to perform mouth-to-mouth breathing on a stranger for fear of getting a disease. Cardiac arrest kills more than three hundred thousand people in the United States every year. The American Heart Association says about ninety-five percent of victims die before they get to a medical center. And that's the VOA Special English Health Report, written by Caty Weaver. 今天早上跟读又没跟上，自己录了一遍，感觉我的能力到顶了，还有一些细节要雕琢，但是已经静不下心来做了好像，只能每天循环听，但是这两天显然听得多说的少，所以进步缓慢吧！晚上点评的时候发现一些小伙伴总是求点评，问题是我听了一下，问题不是简单的一个、两个，其实自己应该都能听出和范文的差距，问什么不主动去改呢？
