pip install pyinstaller
或者(建议用下面）
pip install https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/archive/develop.tar.gz

打包：

pyinstaller  D:\Git\PythonXdd\First_exe\run.py
#跟启动文件

生成文件位置：(把这个文件发给别人才行） 

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dist\run
