Colour art of porcelainis a traditional china porcelain art .It prevailed in the Kangxi dynasty. Its production is complex, and request high skill.

Its production steps are as follows :

At first , you  should design a picture on the paper, than copy the picture on the glaze .

Second, you have to draw the lines of picture with mineral pigment made with special oil.Lines require smooth and strong, like a needle sharp and elastic.

Third,you have to fill the picture with  mineral pigments madulated with water. It is very difficult to fill the picture well . There are only five mineral pigments to use in this kind of porcelain art.

You can't do it well untill you have enough practice. So i said its production request high and practiced skill. After firing, the colour is glass texture，and looks very beautiful .

With the development of contemporary ceramic art, the ancient painted porcelain art's decoration style began to get rid of the traditional form, and became more and more modern. The contemporary  colours art of porcelain is more and more in line with contemporary aesthetic.
