npm socket：（10107）系统调用失败

解决方法：以管理员身份打开cmd（找到命令提示符右键以管理员身份运行），使用以下命令：

netsh winsock reset

重启电脑即可。

执行以上命令行，除了这个问题解决了，神奇的顺带将以下没弄明白的问题也解决：

1、git

git clone https://github.com/ximumukang/node-lessons.git

报错：   ssh: Could not resolve hostname ssh.github.com: Name or service not known

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

2、cmd 

ping github.com      

报错 ：  请求找不到主机
