2. funky:  adj. stylish and modern in an unconventional way; offensively malodorous

                时髦的;畏缩的;恶臭的(这两个意思反差挺大的)

仿句:My friend opens a funky little shop.

3. vicinity: n. a surrounding or nearby region 邻近,附近;近处

4. in-depth:  adj. having a specified depth 彻底的,深入的
