下载数据之路

老师要求处理出一套P/E/R/T的全国数据，精度在0.7°以下，时间越近越好。

处理方法还差最后一小步不会，但数据还没有下全，现在还在漫漫的下载数据道路上。

一、NOAA--National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration（美国国家海洋和大气管理局）

算是目前摸索得熟悉一些的网站了，而且下载也挺方便的。完了再码这个。

二、JMA--Japan Meteorological Agency （日本气象厅）

在卫星数据分析项目JRA-55网站上找到JRA-55的leaflet（传单？），左上角的介绍好有趣。

然后发现这da师兄给的日本气象厅来源，并不能下载到全球的数据。JRA再分析的是他们霓虹自己国土上的数据……
