Sometimes , we're not even aware that we're

afraid. I know I wasn't. When I first heard

the story, I loved the question, 'What would

you do if you weren't afraid?'"

I like the question, too.  We always have so many excuses to resist changes. What if I can not do  this better than before? What shall I do when difficulties come?  What if someone refuse me? We think over and over and afraid to walk out of our comfort zone.
