ATAC-seq
Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin using sequencing，简称ATAC-seq，即是运用测序手段研究转座酶接近的染色体片段。核小体包裹的染色体区域转座酶是无法接近的，能接近的是开放区域，用转座酶讲全基因水平的染色体开放区域切下来测序。
