Fifth, schedule  time  for creative projects and important tasks. That is one of my shortcomes,  I am not good at innovation myself. but creative projects was always through my career. Because I still keep it in my mind  and know how to delegate others to do.

Sixth,  in order to accomplish my goals , I can make large projects into smaller, that is my advantage. I've done well.

Seventh, I do  creative  work at  the  time  of day, when  I have  the  most  energy. Usually, I work best in the morning, thinking at night, especially on the bed.

I can leave time to handle for emergencies. Something unexpected inevitably occurs everyday, face to  them at leisure.

Time management is important for everyone, no matter a leader or a nobody. Time  management  can help us arrange the time daily, weekly and even monthly efficiently. Once learning this way, we will realize we can do something more high efficiently than before and finally have more time to do what we want.
