3D (Three dimensional )Printing is used in many different industries in recent years.3D means its productivities has three dimensional like any other things in the real world .It is far different from printing paintings or photos which have only two dimensions in traditional times.

And how does the 3D printer work?

First , you should make a prototype for your products .We always use some three-dimensional modeling software to do this work. The software dissert the 3-D model along one dimension, into many thin layers, each layer representing a cross-section visual of the structure.

In the 2D world. We use ‘ink’.However,in the 3D world,what should we use plastic. The products are made of filamentous plastic. Accroding to the prototypes you made before. The machine can use the filamentous plastic throught propriate location .It is like you slice all the product on the level .You use the plastic like a pen to trace out every slices of the products. After many times ,The slices will be finish and the product will be in front of your eyes.
