An Activity I Do To Stay Healthy

As everyone knows, health is one of the most important things in our life. All the  people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you are sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all so you can not chase after your dreams.

In case to stay healthy, I do a lot of hard work. An activity I do to stay healthy is taking exercise, I think it is the best way.

There is a saying that never too old to learn and similarly,I want to say that never too old to do exercises.Doing exercises is really necessary for everyone and we'd better take some time to do exercises everyday.If we do not take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.

I like lots of diffrent exercises. I like to go for a jog in the evening. I usually jog for half an hour, which can improve my endurance and cardopulmonary function. Besides, I always do some anaerobic exercises in the afternoon, this can improve my immunity.At school,I always go to the gym to exercise fafter class.

After exercise for a long time , I rarely get  sick and have more energy.And I believe that I will be healthier in the future.
