一般出现升职等人事调动，老大们都会发一封正式的邮件给相关的同事知悉。学学下面一封比较详细，用词正式的人事调动邮件吧。

首先开门见山，说明某人将担任某职位，向谁报告（这个很重要，以后他事情搞不定的时候或者要challenge他的时候就可以CC抄送他的老大）。

We are pleased to announce the appointment of XX (name)  as XXX (position). XX will be based in XXXX (location) and report directly to me.

然后大致说一下他的工作职责和内容：

In this new role, XX will focus on 3 major areas:

1)Regional Administration Management: global SOP alignment for administration, security, transportation & facility management;

然后将他过往的教育及工作背景简单介绍一下。

XX has been working within XXX since XX and has built a progressive track in a variety of positions in Supply Chain Services. He was appointed as XX in XX and promoted to Director, Global Logistics in XX.  His last position was Head of China Center since he returned to Asia in XX.
