    Pineapple cake

Food material :

low-gluten flour 53g , milk powder 13g , butter 40g , egg cream 13g , sugar power 8g , salt some , pineapple stuffing 120g

Making steps :

1  melt butter , add sugar powder ,salt , stir till smooth , then add full egg ,use eggbeater stir till like feather shape

2 add flour , milk power , stir till no dry power , then the pastry is ready

3 cut the pastry to 8 ( 14g/one ), put it inside ur hand , add pineapple stuffing(15g/one), put it in the middle of ur thumb and index finger , make it tight

4 put the wrapped pineapple cake in the mode , use 2 fingers press it by crosswise , press the dough to the edge , the middle part should lower than all around.

5 put the mode in the oven which preheated to 170 degree , bake for 12 minutes will be ready
