In  1920s,  a  body  of  women  are  appealing  to  government  to  give  birth  to  a  ban  on  alcohol  abuse ,aiming  to  get  rid  of  domestic  violence  ridically .The  parilment  enactd  relevant  jurisdictions  soon.  Later, some  drunks  were  proscribed  to  drink  alcohol  in  feast  or  party , the  Constitutions  empowered  thes  guys  whose  age  over  21  to  buy  a  ceratin  amount  of  alcohol  after  showing  some  certificates and  credentials

        At  the very  beginning  ,some  husbands  were  incriminated  to  default  these  abstinence  covertly, their  own  wifes  accused  them  and  behaved  as  plaintiffs  in  the  case .Then  the  barristers  and  policemen  rushed  to  their  house ,confiscated  illigitimate  alcohol ,interrogate  these  couples  involved  about  the  source  of illicit  goods,  none  can  do  this  with  impunity  under  the  control  of  decrees .  Some  were  trying  to  defend  themslves  because  the  lack of  testimony  in  a  short  time , meanwhile  some  guys  were  saddled  with  the  threat  from  gangsters.
