Seat Belt and Driving Safety Policy （行车安全指导）

To ensure the safety of XX (company name) personnel when they are travelling for business or commuting to and from work by company vehicles, the following driving safety requirements are to be implemented, effective 1 July, 2016. This is in addition to relevant local laws and regulations, the requirements apply to all road vehicles for XX (company name) businesses either owned or leased by XX (company name).

为确保公司职员在公旅或通勤期间的安全，以下安全行车规则在七月一号起即日生效。此制度为当地法律法规的补充说明，且适用于所有公司持有及租赁的交通工具。

• The vehicle shall be fit for the purpose, and has been inspected and maintained in safe working order, with seat belts installed and functional.

所有交通工具需经过检修和维护以保证安全，安全带必须完好。

• Seat belts shall be worn by drivers and passengers at all times whenever  vehicle is in motion.

行车时司机及乘客均需全程系好安全带。

• The driver of the vehicle is responsible for daily inspection of the vehicle and to ensure all seat belts are operable and worn by passengers before driving.

司机负责每日检查，并在行车前确保所有乘客均已系好安全带。

• Passenger who discovers an inoperable seat belt should report the defect to the driver, and prompt action should be taken to replace or repair the seat belt by the driver.

乘客如发现安全带破损无法使用需立即报告司机，司机需马上采取措施以取代或修复好安全带。

• Driver shall not use a hand-held mobile phone or other two-way communication device while operating the vehicle.

严禁司机在开车时使用手持电话或其他通话装置。

• The motor vehicle shall not exceed the maximum speed limit of the road.

不得超速。

• Drivers are appropriately assessed, licensed, trained, and medically fit to operate the vehicle.

司机需经过专业训练，持证驾驶。

• Drivers are appropriately rested and alert without the influence of fatigue.

严禁疲劳驾驶。

• Drivers are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or any other substance or medication that could impair their ability to drive.

严禁酒驾及毒驾，或在其它影响安全的条件下驾驶。

• Safety helmets shall be worn by riders and passengers of motorcycles or similar two wheels.

乘坐摩托车或其它两轮车时需戴上安全帽。
