          Spring rolls with shredded fish

Food material :

oil , some ; wrap of spring roll ,12 ; mashed pork meat :100g ; Chinese  cabbage ,5g; fish line ,20g ; light soy sauce , 4g ; dark soy sauce , 1g ; salt , 1.5g,sugar, 1g ; sesame oil , 1.5 g ; vegetable oil ,5g; oyster oil , 1.5g ; starch  0.5g ; water, 9g ; rice wine ,a little ( remove fishy smell ) ; small onion , ginger pieces , a little ( add flavor )

Making steps :

1 remove bones from yellow croaker , cut fish meat to lines

2 cut cabbage to small , and ginger to very small

3 add all the sauces in the meat , and mix well .

4 Add cabbage and onion ,ginger , mix well

5 open the wrap , add some meat stuffing , fold both side , then roll from the other side , seal it with egg white

6 turn Fangtai's oven to level 8 , add oil in the pot and heat it . When the oil up to half heat, turn the oven to level 7 , add spring roll and fry ( tips : oil should be on the top of rolls )

7 fried rolls to gold and crisp , get it out , now u can dip with vinegar and eat
