If you're young and talented, it,s like you have wings.  .....who aren't blessed with much talent,they have to train themselves to improve their focus, to increase their endurance. To a certain extent they're forced to make these qualities stand in for talent. And while they're getting by on these,they may actually discover real,hidden talent within them.

上述选摘自村上春树《当我谈跑步的时候我在谈什么》。作者谈作家是否需要天赋一说的看法，有天赋，自己才思泉涌这是优势，助你飞翔的翅膀！可是自己不努力，不专注，如空有才思也不会成为好作家。相反，如果没有所谓的天赋，没有所谓的优势，就更应该增加训练增强耐力和专注，因为需要弥补没有天赋的不足，用他们去发现自己真正被掩藏的天赋。村上春树就将自己归为没有天赋一类，而自己成功源于focus ，endurance。

阅读中无论是我们眼中的天才，还是疾患的自闭症儿童，他们的成就成功虽不可完全抹去天赋之说，但我们不能夸大这因素的分量！我们可以感叹“他天生这么聪明” ，但不能说“他的才能这是天生的，换别人不行”，因为是可以通过刻意联系弥补你说缺少的天分。虽然有天才好像显得普通人没优势，但幸运的是，能一直才思不竭的天才不多，要保住天才光环他们也需一直练习，马达再好缺油也是枉然，我们知道的天才都是坚持坚韧专注到最后的，“伤仲永”也不少吧！

天赋是优势，没有也不应该自我放弃，应该付出更多努力，当自己付出引起质变时，也会成为别人口中的天赋。

喜欢C罗的一句话：别人只闻到我香水的味道，而没看见了我付出汗水。原文中“They had a lot of practice before people began noticing what a “natural” talent he had.”。天才，只是人们被人们忽略了曾经的努力，没有谁一开始就做事显得毫不费力。
