[Py] 简单的 Python 运行环境

python：https://www.python.org/downloads/

pip：https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installing/#upgrading-pip

　　pip is already installed if you are using Python 2 >=2.7.9 or Python 3 >=3.4 downloaded from python.org

　　但 macox 上安装的py3.7 只有 pip3 命令，不管你本地有没有，先升级 pip。

　　$ pip3 -V && pip3 install -U pip && pip -V

 

      $ pip install numpy -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple   # 安装 numpy

　　$ mkdir ~/.pip && vi ~/.pip/pip.conf   # 设置永久镜像源

[global]
index-url=https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
[install]
trusted-host=pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn
