To be perfection demands much more time, patience, and spirit than normal way. So,playing at work, skimping the things at hand, etc are definitely prohibited. I should tend to do them at the very best level, rather than remaining it at thebare minimum. In some contents, this type of doing things is called the spiritof craftsman. As mentioning the spirit of craftsman, the company which emerges in your mind may be Smartisan. 相比于仅仅完成事情，追求完美意味着我必须对从事的事投入更多的时间、精力、耐心等等。所以，对工作敷衍了事，对所做的事三心二意等，是绝对不允许的。要做就坚持做到最好，而非停留在基本达标的水平。这种做事方式，有时候被称为工匠精神。提到工匠精神，或许你会想起锤子公司。事实上，对用户体验的专注及工匠精神，是锤子公司得以在在激烈的市场竞争中的生存的重要原因。
It should be the basic attitude of work （追求极致应该成为基本的工作态度 ）
In daily work, you may find a lot of people who work on their work with a casual attitude. They just do what they must do. What they demand on work is just finish them. Maybe some people would justify that the current job is not what they like which they just regard as the experience board. And once they have accumulated enough experience they will jump to their loving job. But the fact is, those who don’t take their first jobs seriously could hardly do well in the later job. With thecasual attitude toward the first job, they’ve already adapted to the short benefit from the way the acted before and the awful professional habit have been formed. With the awful habit and thinking style gradually being formed, it’s extremely hard for them to change, even realize it.
日常工作中，你可能会发现很多人他们对待工作漫不经心；他们仅仅做那些他们必须做的事，当一天和尚敲一天钟。相比于将工作做到最好，他们仅仅是敷衍了事；或许很多人会辩解到，他们不喜欢当前的工作，他们仅仅是积攒一点经验，再跳槽到自己喜欢的工作，并认真做好。但实际上，那些在一开始就不认真、努力，将工作做到最好的人，就算他们找到自己喜欢的工作，也同样做不好。这是因为之前工作中养成的不良职业习惯已经烙印在他们做事的方式和思维方式中了，随着时间和职业生涯的推移，他们很难改变以往的习惯和思维方式，甚至不会意识到自己的问题。
The basic attitude for professionals should be that even if they don’t like the job, once they take it, they should attach much importance to it and do it well. The reason why the first job is very important for us is that the professional habit is formed during this period. Those who don’t do work well is just waste their time and the opportunity for their own growth.
职业人士最基本的工作态度应该是，即使这件事自己不喜欢，但一旦做了，无论是自己决定的，还是不得不做的，都必须认真把他做好。第一份工作对人生之所以重要的一个原因就是，它可使你养成良好的职业习惯，最终是你受益终生。那些对工作敷衍了事的人，只是在浪费自己的时间和成长的机会。
So, whatever you eventually do,do it well. The endeavor you pay, the successful and substantial life you attained.
所以，不管你的最终要干什么，都请尽心尽力，付出的是自己的努力，收获的是自己丰满充盈的人生。
The scarcity（稀缺性）
One of the benefits of doing things at the maximum level is that we could differ from others. Difference is very important for us. Thinking about that, almost people in this world appear to be similar. They do the same things, they share the same stories, lead the same lives. Then, if there is a guy differing from the most people, it’s easy for him to be noticed. What more importance is that, difference produces scarcity. In this age, the products which even own a little advantage compared with other competitions will account for the vast majority of market share. This is about winners taking all. In our daily life we could only notice the first man in our class and give him the greatest reputation and the most reward. Even we are a little better than others, we are the best in people’s mind and win all the benefits of being the winner. The top luxury, state-of-the-art camera, their quality is only a little better than other competitive goods but they make several times of the profits in the market.
更为重要的是，差异产生稀缺。这个时代，只要比其他竞争产品好一点点，就会占据市场的大部分份额。这就是赢家通吃。在我们日常生活中，我们往往只会关注第一名，并给予第一名远远多出后几名之和的荣誉及奖励。我们仅仅需要比别人好那么一点，就可以占据别人心中的第一名。顶级奢侈品，高端相机等产品，质量仅仅比其他产品好那么一点，其价格几乎贵两倍甚至更多。
Also,we should aim to be of scarcity. As a boyfriend, what you need to offer your girlfriend is something that others can’t offer. Only in this way could you take the special role.
另外，我们也需要专注于自己的稀缺性。作为男朋友，你最需要给予女朋友的那些她的家人，朋友所不能给予的东西，只有这样你才是这个角色的合格者。
So just do the things to the best.To do so, it needs us to select the most important things. And do not let yourselfbe winded by those unimportant things.
