MySQL5.6 Win7 UTF-8 解决中文乱码

如果想测底解决mysql中文乱码问题需要对mysql的配置文件进行修改。本人安装的是mysql5.6版本。里面默认的配置文件名是my-default.ini 需要把配置文件名改为my.ini并且修改配置文件为：

关闭      net stop mysql   

开启      net start mysql

show variables like '%char%'；
